I was skeptical about vegan hot flavor, but the cayenne kick is surprisingly bold and lingers just right. Crunchier than raw, and they actually satisfy that spicy chicken craving without the grease.
The heat creeps up slow and then lingers nicely, and that cayenne kick actually makes the crunch feel even more intense with every handful. I've been snacking on these straight from the bag for three days and they're still just as crisp as the first open.
First bite and I knew these were different – the cayenne creeps up on you right before that satisfying crunch kicks in. Perfect for when I want that spicy fried chicken flavor but don’t actually want the chicken. My only regret is not buying two bags.
